    1. Online Reporting Requirements.

      Online Reports are only accepted for an incident listed under incident type.   Accident and hit and run reports are NOT accepted online.

      All incidents reported to CBPD must have occurred within the City limits of Council Bluffs.  CBPD will accept reports of identity theft for persons who reside in the City Limits of Council Bluffs, regardless of where the persons' information was used.  Incidents occurring elsewhere should be reported to the local law enforcement agency where the incident occurred.
