In order to improve collection time, trash, yard waste and recycling collection will begin one hour early until further notice, for Council Bluffs residents on city waste services.
Collection routes will begin at 6:00 am. Please set out your trash, yard waste, and recycling by 6:00 am to ensure collection.
Waste Connections continues to experience staffing shortages. Until further notice, please continue to place your materials out on your normal collection day and leave them out until they are collected. Thank you for your continued patience.
