Next week is Public Works Week, and we’re having a coloring contest to celebrate! Submit entries via email to [email protected] by 8 a.m. on Friday, May 21. One winner from each grade (preschool – 5th) will be selected. Winners will be announced on Facebook at noon on May 21! Prizes include a youth-sized Council Bluffs t-shirt and a CB swag bag! #NPWW
