Please be patient with Waste Connections as they overcome difficult conditions from the extreme cold weather. Collection is on schedule, please place your materials out on your normal collection day and leave them out until collected. If your waste is not collected within 48 hours of your collection day please call 712-256-2288 to report a missed collection.
Please place containers in a cleared driveway or clean a place free of snow and ice within five (5) feet of the traveled roadway with a path wide enough to accommodate collection. Placing trash and recycling on top of snow drifts is unacceptable and may lead to uncollected waste
