The Council Bluffs Recycling Center has a new phone number: 712-890-5454.
Currently, calls placed to the old phone number will be answered by an automated message that relays the new phone number and transfers callers to the new phone number. This automated message will continue until June 1, at which point calls placed to the old phone number will receive a message stating the new phone number. The caller will then need to hang up and dial the new phone number. Beginning September 1, 2019, the old phone number will be disconnected.
