The Council Bluffs Police Department will be closed to the public Monday, December 17th through Tuesday, December, 18th as the Department relocates to the new station at 1 Ezra Jackson Way. The building’s closure will mean that no walk‐in traffic will be permitted. If the public needs to speak with an officer or report a crime, they should dial 911 for an emergency, or for a non‐emergency call Communications at (712) 328‐5737.
While the current law enforcement center will be closed Dec. 17 ‐ 18, the business of the Police Department will not stop. The move will have no effect on Pottawattamie County 911 Communications. Police officers will still be responding to calls for service. The Department’s Telephone Reporting Service and Police Records lines will still be functional.
