Council Bluffs, in partnership with SINC and Iowa West Foundation, are working together to improve the riverfront of the Missouri River.  Phase IV of the River's Edge Revitalization effort is a reimagining of the riparian woodland area.  The proposed concept includes a tree top walk, observation tower, pier, Belle's Play Garden, Brambles playground and dog park.
