Lincoln Monument Park (Lafayette Ave) and is approximately 1.5 acres in size. The park is home to the historic Lincoln Monument and is within walking distance of the Black Angel.
Lincoln Monument Park offers an incredible overlook of Council Bluffs and has a grand staircase providing access to our City trail system.
