The Council Bluffs Recycling Center grinds trees into mulch and makes it available to the public. Mulch is available to residents in two forms:
- Landscape mulch, sold for $40.00 per ton
- Construction lumber mulch, free to residents if you load it, or $8 per end loader bucket for staff to load
Delivery within the city limits is available. Call the Recycling Center for more information.
