2022-2023 Proficiency Test Dates
All hunters wanting to hunt in the 2022-2023 Council Bluffs Bow Hunting season must test on one of the following dates at the Council Bluffs Recycling Center located at 4441 Gifford Rd.
- August 7, 2022 (3 pm - 5 pm)
- August 21, 2022 (1 pm - 3 pm)
Bow Hunting Guidelines and Rules for the 2022-2023 Season
- Deer Season - running from September 17, 2022 – January 22, 2023
- First Turkey Season - October 1 – December 2, 2022
- Second Turkey Season - December 19, 2022 – January 10, 2023
