Recycling Containers for Events 

Thanks to Iowa DNR and Keep America Beautiful grants, residents can check out portable event recycling containers from the Council Bluffs Recycling Center to recycle cans and bottles at your next event!

To check out recycling containers, complete the Recycling Bin Check-Out Form and email to cbrecycles@councilbluffs-ia.gov or mail to CB Recycling Center - 4441 Gifford Road, Council Bluffs, IA 51503.
