PAST DUE TICKET NOTIFICATION
The individuals on the list below have unpaid parking tickets or fines owed to the City of Council Bluffs that are at least 60 days old and may be subject to warrant. Fines may be paid at the City Treasurers office located at 209 Pearl Street Council Bluffs, Iowa 51503 Payments cannot be accepted over the phone but can be made online at councilbluffs-ia.gov
