We will serve the people of Council Bluffs by receiving, safeguarding and investing funds in the possession of the City of Council Bluffs in accordance with all City, State and Federal mandates. We will carry out these duties with the highest degree of ethical, personal and professional behavior.

PAST DUE TICKET NOTIFICATION
The individuals on the two lists below have unpaid parking tickets or fines owed to the City of Council Bluffs that are at least 60 days old and may be subject to warrant. Fines may be paid at the City Treasurers office located at 209 Pearl Street Council Bluffs, Iowa 51503 Payments cannot be accepted over the phone

Look Here!It has come to our attention that when we generated "Final Notices" for unpaid parking tickets on May 15, 2009

that a few customers that had paid their tickets were also sent a notice. If you received a notice and you are certain that you have paid the ticket please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and ignore the notice. If you are unsure whether you have paid the ticket please contact us at 712-328-4649 and we will confirm the ticket status. Once again we apologize to those of you that received a notice in error.
