Online PaymentsYou can now pay your Parking Fines and Sanitation Bills online. Follow the links below to our secure payment site. *There is a 50 cent fee applied for each online payment transaction.
Note: It may take up to one full business day for your payments to be recorded. Payments made after 5:00 pm or on Holidays or Weekends will be applied the following business evening. Security informationTo ensure that your card details remain secure, you will only be able to make online payments if you have Internet Explorer 5.5 or above, which supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, an industry standard for internet payments.  Sanitation Bills To pay your Sanitation bill you will enter the account number found on your statement. The amount due does not include any LIENS owed on the property. If you have been notified of a LIEN, please contact the Pottawattamie County Treasurer (712-328-5627) for more information.
