City-Wide Quality TeamDuring December 2006, the City of Council Bluff's Senior Staff embarked upon a long-term Quality Initiative to simplify the City's business processes. The Citywide Quality Team meets monthly and has established the following: Vision Statement The Council Bluffs Citywide Quality Team is dedicated to continuously strengthen the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the City's work force, programs and operations. Mission Statement The Council Bluffs Citywide Quality Team will actively lead and guide the City's quality initiative effort aimed at aggressively improving the City's work force, programs and operations to meet the challenges of the future. The documents that are included in this section of our website describe the Citywide Quality Initiative in its infant stages. Charter Statements for the initial PATs are included as well as recommendations of the PATs as they are presented to the City Wide Quality Team members for approval.
