Risk Management

Overview
The Risk Management Division of the Human Resources Department seeks to minimize the degree of risk to which city property, individual staff members and the general public are exposed to in relation to public works, infrastructure and daily operations. This is accomplished through staff training and education, incident reporting and review, monitoring of loss histories and annual policy review and renewal.
